**Shipping Time Update**
Processing Time & Tracking:
Processing time for all other products is 3 - 5 days.
We'll send you another email with tracking info when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipment Packaging:
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means you might not receive all your products in the 1 package.
Shipping Times (once the order is processed):
USA: 15 - 30 business days
UK: 10 - 30 business days
Australia: 10 - 30 business days
Canada: 10 - 30 business days
Western Europe: 10 - 30 business days
Rest of world: 10 - 40 business days
Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
● Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
● Parcels that is lost in transit.
● We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: EUREKASSTORE will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package?

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?
Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email ... what's going on?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

There are no shipping methods available for my cart or destination
Some of FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might have to place another order.
